Well, we are all or should all be adults, but…. It seems there must be at least a few rules and guidelines. You must agree to the following before entering chat. Please let me emphasize that there is a difference between being kicked (you may come back), warned (will get kicked if repeated) and banned (you went too far and will not be welcomed back); also, being kicked does not necessarily mean something bad. So, here it goes. These are not all inclusive; but, it’s a start! We all want to have fun, and hope these guidelines will help us all: 1) You must change your nick in the bottom right corner when you enter the room. 2) If you have to leave chat for any reason, please do not change your name to bbl, away, etc. There is a 15 minute idle time rule. If you have not participated in chat for 15 minutes, you will be kicked. Please rejoin us when you have time to chat. 3) While we all care about our friends’ health and such, by all means let us know any news, but please, leave it brief. Illness is not fun, and that’s what the chat room is all about! To get away from the stress and worries, at least for awhile! 4) Politics is a no-no. Everyone knows who they will be voting for, and you are not going to change their minds. 5) Religion. Same as politics. Just please don’t go there. 6) If you disapprove of any content that a person says, and feel you should say something, please take it up with that person in a p.m. If you feel that you tried and it did not work, please contact favsis, Sue or any other moderators that may join our team. We will deal with it as we see fit. Absolutely no arguing or name calling will be tolerated! From either side. This room is a private room, everyone is welcome, the rules are few as listed above. Our goal here is for everyone to have a great time and to escape the realities of "real life". There will be times when an admin is not present. We trust that you will conduct yourself accordingly. WARNING: This room was started for those who miss the old times. Prudes should not enter, because we promise you, there will be some language that you would not approve of!
